A rotomolded cooler, or rotational cooler, is a durable, high-end ice chest, which is made by the rotomolding process.

In production, the food-grade linear low-density polyethylene raw materials are first poured into the mold, and then the mold is heated and slowly rotated along two axes. Plastic raw materials will be uniformly attached to all corners of the inner wall of the mold to form a seamless box. This kind of shell has no seams and weak points, so it is durable and not easy to be damaged.

Finally, high-density polyurethane foam is injected into the hollow box body at high pressure, which not only further strengthens the box body but also makes the thermal insulation effect become particularly excellent.

The capacity of the box varies from 20QT to 110QT, and the ice retention effect depends on its capacity and usage environments. Under normal conditions, the ice can be kept for 5 to 7 days; large-capacity models can last up to 10 days under optimal conditions.

The wall thickness of the box is filled with a 2-3 inch thick PU insulation layer, matched with a silicone gasket with excellent sealing performance and a solid rubber T-shaped latch, which firmly blocks the outside hot air and realizes a great ice retention effect.

Of course, it has these two properties. The shell of the box body is made of LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene), and high-quality UV-8 stabilizers are added, which will not fade, whiten, or deform even after long-term exposure.

The box body is seamless and solid. It comes with a lock hole, and after hanging a padlock, it can meet the safety standard of the bear-proof container, especially suitable for outdoor exploration, camping, cross-country travel, and other scenes.

The box is equipped with a large-size threaded drain plug and a thickened rubber sealing ring to guarantee its sealing performance. Even if the box body tilts and bumps during handling, it will not leak water at all.

The bottom of the box is designed as a V-shaped sloped drainage channel, so that the melted water can be completely discharged conveniently, without pouring the whole cooler upside down.

The cooler lid has been reinforced and thickened, with excellent bearing capacity. The static load can reach more than 200 kg, and it is stable and safe to sit in the camp, climb on the foot or put it on a fishing boat as a fishing platform.

  The larger the order quantity, the lower the production dilution cost. We also use nested packing method to stuff small boxes into large boxes, further reducing the sea freight for single pieces.
• Material & Insulation layer thickness
  Products are made of brand-new food-grade polyethylene raw materials and high-quality polyurethane thermal insulation cotton. The different wall thickness of the box (conventional 2 inches, thickened insulation 3 inches) and the addition of high-end UV-8 anti-ultraviolet additives will directly affect the raw material cost.
• Customized requirements (OEM/change)
  It is most cost-effective to choose conventional spot colors. If you need to customize a Pantone spot color, complex water transfer camouflage pattern, or a mold opening to make an integrated logo/metal nameplate, or upgrade the EVA anti-skid pad of the box cover, you will increase the price slightly on the basic price.
• Hardware & Accessory configuration
  Different grades of accessories have different quotations. For example, choose an ordinary nylon rope handle or upgrade to a thick aluminum roller assembly; Add pressure relief valve, a stainless steel bottle opener, and other accessories, and the unit price will change accordingly.
• Packing Requirements
  Conventional wholesale is equipped with five-layer thickened export corrugated box by default to ensure transportation safety. If you need to customize the retail color box or a special package for e-commerce, the packaging cost will increase.
